Acoustic Modules

Blockatech is the first acoustic barrier on the market designed to protect its own absorbent core.

Acoustic screens Blockatech combine the best of our Aluacero panels with a rock wool interior, generating a product with excellent acoustic properties (both in isolation and absorption) that also presents a distinctive aesthetic, high mechanical resistance, and effective protection of its own absorbent material.   

Absorbent Panel

The openings of the Aluacero panel are hidden beneath the folds, preventing the entry of rain and dust.

Glass Fiber

Layer of waterproof material, to further protect the rock wool from the elements.

Rock wool

Absorbent material of the acoustic module, its function is to 'capture' sound and prevent its reflection.

Back cassette

Made of 1mm thick steel, to promote acoustic insulation

Conseils d'installation*

  • 1st Choice of Supports

    The BLOCKATECH modules are designed for installation on any profile* with a minimum depth of 98 mm, such as HEA/HEB 120, UPE 120, etc.

  • 2nd Neoprene Seals

    Fixer le joint en néoprène sur le support (sur la partie en contact avec l'avant du module) et sur le dessus du module acoustique.

  • 3ème Compléter la Hauteur

    Slide the acoustic modules downwards along the support.

  • 4th Secure the modules

    Insert the snap rubber O-ring to secure the modules.
